二 |          　　黄智权，1942年2月生，浙江桐乡人。1963年9月参加工作，1979年5月加入中国共产党。1963年9月至1972年9月先后任江西机械工业学校教师，江西省机械厅计划处干部，省革委会生产指挥部农机组、计划工业组干部。

三 | 1972年9月至1991年3月先后任江西省计划委员会干部，综合处处长，副主任，主任、党组书记。1991年3月至1993年2月任江西省人民政府省长助理，省计划委员会主任、党组书记。1993年2月至2001年4月先后任江西省人民政府副省长，省委常委、副省长，省委副书记、副省长。2001年4月至2006年10月先后任江西省委副书记、副省长、代省长，省委副书记、省长。         　　黄智权是中共第十五届中央委员会候补委员、委员(五中全会递补)，中共第十六届中央委员会委员，第八届、九届、十届、十一届全国人大代表，第十届全国人大环境与资源保护委员会副主任委员，第十一届全国人民代表大会常务委员会委员、环境与资源保护委员会副主任委员。               【编辑:刘阳禾】。
